- Black and White Sesame Seed Crusted Tuna with Wasabi Mash Potatoes, Lemon Sesame Kale and a Port Wine Reduction
- Marchand de Vin. Pan Seared Filet of Beef Tenderloin, with a Cabernet-Shallot sauce, Whipped Potatoes and Roasted Asparagus
- Chocolate Cake. Three layers Chocolate Bliss, Speckled Cake, and White Chocolate cake dressed with a whipped Chocolate Mousse icing
